I dug through real boiler reviews and found all the classics: freezing bedrooms, icy showers, ominous noises from downstairs. The sort of stuff that wouldn’t feel out of place in a horror film.

So I turned these real customer horror stories into horror movie posters, with British Gas there to bring each nightmare to an end.
